Its all relative to arrow speed and to how the bow string is served

Sorry to mention this , but nothing was stated about whether all vanes were parallel to shaft. ie: Spiders wrap around.

Kinda validates my opinion that Spider Vanes are better performing than Jet6. Installing it is still a pain but worth it.

i actually found the same thing. i was using the jet 6 ones for a few months. i put some ultra soft 1.8 spiders on and i noticed they spun much better. like noticeably better. i would get an unfocused group with the ksl's. spiders gave a more focused group

What do the groups look like at 70 as far as drop/ drag? The Brady is spinning so much it might open up the group with lighter draw weights at long distance?

I asked brady on a utube link last week, how the 702 vanes compared to normal spider vanes.. His answer was interesting. FIRSTLY. the arrow stabilised quicker. Secondly. The arrow lost no speed Down range at 70mtr.resulting in no change in sight mark. Thirdly. The group got slightly tighter.. Shooting a new world record with the 702, I think they must be more consistent. Than all the others in your test.

What does spin rate have to do with flight stabilization? The faster the spin the more drag is created but that's not really important as smooth flight and paradox recovery. Does faster spin cause faster recovery from arrow paradox? Gotta get you a quality high speed camera to actually video spin.

I have an idea of how to measure rotation. You need a long dark room, maybe 2 light sources for short distance. Maybe 4 light sources for long distance. A nice still camera. 2 black fletch, 1 reflective or bright fletch.

Wonder what spin rates are on xs wings ???? Many variants also.

What direction was your bow string twisted? Cannot understand why the bare shaft spins to the right.

Very interesting test, I think you made a mistake in the 6 meters spin wing rotation (should be at least 3 1/3 otherwise it would be rotating backward). Keep up the good work
