    He didn't actually fight them... and in real life 2 Japanese soldiers had a contest to see who could kill 100 Chinese before they got to Nanjing. They both slaughtered over 100. They were both captured after the war, convicted of war crimes and executed

    Don't speak too soon, I saw a construction site once a young white plumber in his 20s, fairly large well built looked like the surfy type try bully a 5 foot asian man in his 50s that was tiling that I later spoke to finding out he use to be a soldier, anyway the asian man managed to submit the white guy into saying sorry by grabbing his hand and twisting it somehow that made the young guy fall on his kness and give up, it was quiet hilarious.

    @@user-vn7tm5ht5g If honor would had been a foundational factor in Japan's behavior between the late 1930' up to the mid 1940's, the infamous "Rape of Naking" would have not have taken place. Try cracking open a few good books on the matter (and actually read them). These movie depictions are pure fantasy. Chinese who resisted were executed with little fanfare. Warfare is ugly and cruel. China will forever carry these traumas in its collective consciousness and - unfortunately - this will shape their relations with other countries for many generations and, in my opinion, only lead to war once again where many Chinese (along with many others involved) will perish.

    Лучше вспомнить, что японцы в 1937 начали захват Китая и убили, по разным оценкам, от 17 до 37 миллионов китайцев. А освободила Китай советская армия, которая разбила японскую Квантунскую армию в 1945 году. После чего Япония капитулировала.

    In real life this didn’t happen. Their imperialistic mindset earned them a few atomic bombs. I mean these folks sided with Nazis during the Second World War. I’m well aware that the country has long since abandoned that tyrannical way of governing and showed the world that change is possible. Long story short.     @@dennissheckleburg9775 Naah, most Japanese military officers in WW2 probably weren't like that, but I wonder which rank the Japanese superior officer ordering his man to not kill the Chinese guy and continue the fight, was he a General or even a Colonel if not a Major ?? In anycase, he did looked like he was at least a commanding officer.... Yeah, the Japanese officers just left right when they lost that fight, without even a salute, not a form of respect if you ask me, more like sour losers... Their attitude more reminded me of when Jesse Owens won Track and Field right under Hitler''s own eyes against a hand picked German military officer back in 1936 in Berlin's Olympics, instead of shaking hands with him, he left right away... Trust me, it's no form of respect...
