You are welcome. The Talion is a beast no matter what edition you get. BUT it I were you I’d definitely put the chassis braces on either before your fist run or sometime right after it. The 7075 T6 Aluminum braces really save the chassis. Other than that, this truck is just strong for reasons I can’t comprehend, and it rarely ever breaks. Also change the RX and TX around when you change the braces. I know you’ll have fun with it! Thank you for SUBSCRIBING!!!

I got the EXB version and upgraded only the shock springs with tekno rc springs. Now I can launch it off big jumps and it lands so much nicer

Hot racing hubs are fantastic. A little heavier but MILES stronger

Josh, did you *replace* the stock chassis braces with the M2C 3042 front and 3043 rear chassis Braces? Or did you *add* the M2Cs? If you replaced them, how do you think the updated, red, aluminium ones (ARA320565 & ARA320568) on the latest EXB compare with the M2Cs? I want to follow your lead and protect the chassis. Thank you very much!

I swapped the M2C’s for the stock plastic braces, and I think the M2C’s are better than the Arrma. 👍

I'm on the case (both braces are in my basket) on badtouchbreakers, as I live in the UK. I'm also planning to change the oil (to 200k) in the centre diff as I plan to drive it on grass (there's a lot of parks where I live). I want to protect the front tyres. Thanks again, man. This hobby would be a lot less fun and a lot more expensive without people like yourself sharing the knowledge and the love for racing/bashing.

Can I run the blx 185 esc with the spektrum 2050kv im looking for speed or is the 1730kv better with the 185esc

So did you replace the original front and rear braces? I ask because mine came stock with all three braces stock. I am putting the hobbywing XR8 plus 6S 200 amp esc with the gen 3 2250kv motor esc combo. Thanks for the tips

@@joshsrcs I will absolutely subscribe. I am working on installing that esc and motor I mentioned and I decided to pop out the center diff to check the oil. Well it was low so I added some 100k which is what it called for then I slap it back together and it just will not roll correctly with the 4 screws tightened. I have to loosen them to the point of oil leaking out of them for it to roll correctly. Now I did take the 4 screws out and pop the back off but that’s it. I put it right back on and didn’t touch anything else. Any ideas?

I’ve had that happen before. There’s just too much oil in the diff most likely. If you can I’d go with 200k.

Hey hru I'm new to the rc hobby I'm 2 months in and I have two arrma rc cars 1 kraton 8s and the other is a tailon 6s exb do u think the blx 185 esc would work good with the stock 2050kv that motor comes in the car I'm looking for more speed

Yes it works fine. Higher kv=higher speed less torque and vise versa. Higher kv also make you have to have a smaller pinion.

Ok thanks for replying back one other question I got 74mph out the stock spektrum electronics with a 23t do u think the 185esc would help me achieve more speed or should I move on to another system like the max6?

MAX6 has more power but more weight. I think the MAX6 would get a higher top speed.

The car comes with 10k oil in front and read diff and 15k in the center diff..... The hot racing skip plates are titanium to spark not to protect the car... You just put them in the lower hole so you are not tuning your suspension... If you can any were its not a problem with space use a barrel head not a button head screw to avoid them stripping out... Tighter mech dos not mean better you need space in your gear mesh.. I think you get my point on all these upgrade yep your point is you don't know shit about what your doing.
