After 4 years of fun and beating the snot out off a V4, I switched the chassis for a M2C Mojave one. No more tripple backflips but way more power to the ground and bigger air. still my favorite basher

I have had a notorious for about 6 months now and I have basically upgraded it to a EXB version along with some hot racing parts and two more different body’s one Outcast body and one 72 Chevy body lot’s of fun. I think I have had just as much fun wrenching on it as I do bashing it.😎

I scored one of these bad boys for $479, horizon had a sale where it was cheaper then the new 4s outcast so it was a no Brainer in my eyes. Plus I had 80$ in horizon points made it around $400 shipped! Was a huge score. I've run it but have yet to bash it but really happy with it

The Outcast 6S EXB was on sale this past week at Horizon for $490 I believe… Such a great price for a rig like that

I found an outcast 8s at a pawn shop a few weeks ago. All i did to it was reseat the servo horn, program the esc for my gt5, and i will need tp replace the tires in a few months

Nice buy! No mods on my v5 but locktite needed a few places like steering links

I bought a new truck just like 6 months ago. I converted it to the XL with the Mojave chassis.

Do you like it better as an XL? I got a Talion exb I was thinking about doing that to. I’m bout to buy a Notorious V5 too cause I can’t wait any longer on a new outcast or notorious exb lol. It’ll come out right after I buy one tho, might just put a Mojave chassis on it 🤷🏻‍♂️

Next time we will see that turn into a Exb Outcast I bet!

AJ and team, my spektrum ESC on my Kraton v5 6S keeps blinking red after running just a few minutes. I checked the batteries and they are fully charged. The temps are not elevated. Does this mean the ESC is toast?

We haven't gotten our hands on a Skeeter yet. However, the Notorious or the Outcast are great stunting rigs. I wish we could be of more help, but we have to be honest. I just can't say which is better until we get a Skeeter to compare the Outcast to. Thanks for asking. 😎👍

I have several doubts, if you can help me, it is the first time i get into electric rc cars. 1-did I do well to buy from this rating of batteries? 2-can you put both at the same time in this case? 3-can you tell me which improvements to buy that are worth looking for. 4- some model item to cool the engine if necessary. I'm excited for it to arrive and I want to prepare myself hehehehe thank you very much

First, thanks for participating in our channel. Secondly, if the batteries are soft shell they should fit. Thirdly, we did a build video for the Arrma Outcast, which is the same car with a different body, and that video covers all of the upgrades we'd put on it. Fourthly, the motor should come with a heat sink already installed. Check out our Arrma Outcast build video and that should walk you through what we chose to install. Thanks for watching. AJ

Thats so not true that charged lipo burst just because they are lying around. Since years I leave charged batteries in the saftybag and they NEVER burst. On the other hand if you have overcharged or worng charged batteries and leave them lying around, they can burst.

But it is true. We here have seen this actually happen. We’ve seen normal hard shell batteries swell to the point of bursting just strapped in the RC. Your luck may be better than ours but the possibility exists. We charge correctly, store correctly, and still batteries sometimes fail. It is always best to be cautious. Thanks for the comment.
