Nice!! I run my Arrma Nero Fazon like this sometimes!! It’s an amazing rig for it with being able to lock all the diffs up. But also unlock them when I wanna bash!! Really wish they could’ve kept going with the Nero line!! Great stuff buddy!!🤙👍🏻keep it up!!

Yes. That would be an awesome set up. I think about how awesome the Fireteam could have been if they could have used some of the Nero parts. Locking diffs, etc.

You have the best paint jobs imo! Do you do them yourself? You have all the rc’s that are on my must have list. But was thinking bout waiting for the New Hobao Hyper MTX instead of the plus 2.

Put super light shock oil and drill out the pistons. It will perform better as a trail truck. Looks cool with the mud slingers.

I see you are going out on the trails more👍 Great run! A Summit like setup would do this justice. I know you mentioned possibly changing the diff setup, would you also add a HW Axe 550 system in there too? That maybe interesting🤔 Don't give up yet. Another crazy idea for the wheels and tires, SCX6? Just a thought.

That's why I always curse Traxxas for ruining the Nero platform. Imagine this truck with remote locking diffs. All three of them!

Let us know if you fin da way to lock the center diff.. I'd like to do that to mine too! Also, love your custom color scheme. I didn't know they had clear body panels available for it. Might have to get a set and do up something custom too. I'd also like to do a Max6 Combo at some point. I'm taking mine to the dunes end of the month with paddle tires... that should be fun.

Do a spool from a limitless on it, or 20mil weight/earplugs.

Great video. I had the same in mind for a Fireteam, but decided against it for these reason. I found a perfect trail truck in a heavily modified Summit with different body. I am also thinking about modding a Hammer Rey with complete modded body, locked diffs, sensored system, and new tires. The list of new projects never ends. :-)

Only if a company would make an ultra 4 styled body for this platform 😕

Yeah I think you'd enjoy all around bashing/crawling with 500k/1M/500k instead of locking things up. Even 100k front and rear will have enough viscosity for a few hours to spin all 4 just to get out of trouble, the problem with flat chassis is always ground clearance!
