i only got mine a week ago, but i gotta say this is the most underrated Arrma this year...a lot of hate of course due to RRP and esc software issues...But i scored mine for a discounted price, and once you change stock tyres, move battery tray forward, adjust shock collars & update software she's an absolute beast. so glad i got one, no regrets :)

I see. I had heard it was better in the back position. My batteries do not hit. Running the spektrum 4s ones.

@@RCPropaganda yeah probably is the the case, but i did see earl moorhead rc tried it and he reckons its better in the front 🙂 but i definitely needed to do it as my battery was rubbing, it's a Zeee 6s 7000mah. she's pretty long lol.

Yeah def not great. I do understand sometimes with software there can be issues. At least it was fixable with a simple update. I mean if you own a pc computer. If your a lame apple user you get what you deserve hahaha.

okay so I just picked up a white 6s big rock from local Hobby shop(yes I still support the little guy lol) and down loaded the spektrum esc updater and went to update the firmware on esc and there was no new updates can someone tell me what version they have? Thanks (the fixed update version not the one that came stock lol)

Did you have to do anything special to get ESC to update? I was able to update the programmer,but whenever I plug it into the ESC,the smart link app freezes. I am able to use the programmer to program the ESC when not connected to my PC though 🤷‍♂️

Yeah I had that problem to, then kept reconnecting it and got it to work. You also have to make sure you get the right software version. They have old ones out there still and do not have a clear link with the right stuff. Version 1.1.0 is what you need. Hope you get it sorted out.

@RCPropaganda I had already tried that for literally 3 hours straight before asking you Iol. The download link in the video they have posted currently includes the correct software version,what I ended up needing to do was extract the files to the desktop,and not a folder I created in my program files. The instructions *recommend * extracting to the desk top,but do not necessitate it.

i had the same problem. all i did was disconnect the Jr/servo cable and it unfroze the pc software, of course it took an hour to figure that out lol

@@joshobrien7708 I saw your post on the Arrma Facebook group. That wasn't the fix for me,I had to extract the files to the desktop instead of the default folder.
