Once that happens and you have to deal with court dates, lawyers, court fees, and you’ll have to counter sue or get the case dropped which could be a process that could take up to a year or longer depending on the situation. It’s a Cops duty to do their own due diligence on any situation to avoid those complications for the person and their department. I’ve seen all of your comments and for some reason you’re stubborn on the fact the cop did nothing wrong even though they unlawfully arrested someone because they didn’t give them the time of day to let them explain themselves.
