Should be insurance companies - then we’d get real investigations “coz capitalism” They should all need private insurance to be officers and when complaints are made the insurance companies investigate it If found guilty, their premiums go up If they go X years without complaints, their premiums go down

The Liverpool police have always had an appalling record. Dim aggressive rude corrupt and about as much use as a chocolate fireguard. I watched a police officer in Liverpool watch a docker who’d nicked a fridge off those being loaded on a ship wheel it past the dock gate pausing only to pass a bunch of notes to him. I was naive in those days and wanted to report it but my husband told me they’d laugh in my face.

You auditors need to get together and consult a TORT LAWYER and sue the individual arresting corrupt officers this way they will have to pay from their own pockets and not the public purse.

I had my complaint thrown out even when i took to the Ombudsman and citizens advice and another charity group all looked into my case and found corruption and police failings and after that I got harassed by the council and police, they all corrupt police, councils and courts and they all protect eachother

You should always make a civil claim against the police, a complaint is a waste of time, sue them it's a pity the money doesn't come out of their pockets, but it's still a black mark on their records, that's why civil claims are better than complaints.

I've heard some poor cautions, but the caution given around 00:18 was terrible, it was barley intelligible, there was zero effort to clearly make you aware of your rights, it's was just a garbled rapid fire word salad . . . if this ever became an issue, the officer would be laughed out of court if he tried to claim you were correctly cautioned and made aware of your rights.
