can the top rows cells and right edge cells have a half adder instead of a full adder inside their structure instead of the FA ? as one of the three inputs to the adder is always 0 in these cells so why increase the logic ? Anyways thank you so much for your work.

yes obviously, just for the simplicity he used all full adders
