Ehhhh, idk there is a Rouge Palisade.. but that boss that has block shotgun and shotguns is Rouge Armada(idk, no information in wiki). And i had the same situation on Citadel, there are 2 rouge palisades and 2 rouge armadas on our team

When you lose the game and everyone flocks to that one spot to try and not be killed by the bosses (the arena closers don't care theyll kill you anyway)

The limit is 11 trappers and 4 healers which is the final upgrade for sanctuaries at ~wave 30.
