in Arras io, there is an additional layer on your health bar called "Shield" it is a bluish bar that is mixed on your health bar (or separated). Shield Capacity increases the amount of shield of your tank. Shield regen will help you regenerate your shield faster, similar to health regen.

Shield is a feature that reduces damage taken depending on how much shield you have, the shield also regenerates your health if its full, shield capacity increases max shield, and shield regen increases shield refill speed

It's a travelling mode. They're weekly modes that last for 2 days. This is one of the far better ones that currently exist in the game.
