On Wednesday, May 26, 2021, Denise Gray, President of LG Energy Solution Michigan Inc. Tech Center, delivered a keynote address at the virtual 2021 ARPA-E Energy Innovation Summit.
Ms. Gray discussed LG Energy Solution’s work in developing new advanced battery technologies, and advancements in battery and electric vehicle technologies.
Ms. Gray also provided an overview of how electrified powertrains have developed over the years, and how battery technologies have grown to include the widespread use of lithium ion batteries in electric vehicles that allow for better fuel economy gains and lower emissions.
