To everyone complaining about the lizards death, "It happens in the wild all the time" It's been happening from the beginning of life on this planet and will happen till the end. If there were no carnivorous animal's, This planet would have no plants left by now due to over population of herbivores. It's the perfect balance of nature and common sense.

I felt upset with this video😔poor lizard 🦎

I need advice buddy. I did a big mistake 3 days ago when i changed water for my arowana tank almost 60% after he was recovered from worms damage on his fins. After refilling the tank, i saw the moment of the aro became quite unnatural and slow. I waited for couple of hours an a day to be normal but it didnt. I contacted couple of friends and they told it might have happened due to filling the tap water which is hot as summer in dubai is pretty hot and he might have got a water shock. After 2 days, i am seeing the body is a bit tilted from the center and the moment is still very slow. He is not eating at all, i have reduced the water level to 50%, added some aquarium salt but i cannot see any improvement. I fear for this life, please advice what should i do to save him.

Let me tell you this, you are correct with the fish in small tanks and your wrong thinking that arowana need plant to survive. It optional if you want to put plant in or not. Your also wrong saying it cruel to eat lizard since arowana Is a carnivore which mean it eat meat. There nothing wrong seeing this fish eating a lizard...
