play perfectly ... it s overplayed all the time like cliché for french people ... it s funny how bad sometimes it s played that s why it s working so well ... but for the americans they really love it ... cuz they really think Paris and french people are like this .. when it s just few people of jetset and from fashion who live like this .kind of life and for french people .. it s just too much and not so well played .. and as they love criticizing .. they like it for this even if season 2 was not so good as first season objectively ! From A french parisian personnal point of view ;) AAAH and of course it s more a light sitcom for girls than for men ! But it 's a refreshing show that s for sure !!!! And Paris is the most beautiful city in the world no doubt for this ;)

I worked in the financial industry and a French Salon in NY. Philippine's character, Sylvie, was exactly, ( and I mean exactly) like my boss at the salon. I thought Lucien absolutely nailed the Alfie character. It felt like I had met or worked with him many times over. Everyone in this show is so relatable, true to character. These actors are excellent!

Ideas for Season 3: 1. Emily gets a more Parisian haircut + fashion sense + speaks more fluent French. 2. The French speakers, when Emily is not around (or when she is) speak French more. We can read subtitles. 3. I'm sorry, but I'm team Gabriel + Emily. I think Camille can definitely find a better lover . . . maybe even Alfie so he can stay on the show? Gab + Em just have delicious chemistry.

Great cast in this show, looking forward to season 3.

This was really encouraging for me despite not making perfect sense of the cast, they all spark and bubble here, quite anticipated work I've heard, the sets seem immaculate and really impressed me really seemed less horrible on an emotional level... and more just a French Acting style of the ever so acclaimed but not yet overused ""Thank-you so much""🤩🤙

I absolutely love this show binged watched season 1 in one seating when it first itcame out, was waiting for season 2 to do the same and I did. I love the way Darren Starr. It’s exciting. It takes you on a romantic journey in a way you just dream, cheese so hard and stay anxious. I love YOUNGER TOO. I think he should do Emily in America where she realizes she no longer likes America and wants to go on a EAT PREY LOVE journey or career journey in different countries to see where she likes to stay or settle. Emily in Germany, Emily in India, Emily in Africa would be sooooooo interesting. It would keep the story line so on edge and fun. Because I mean imagine learning an African language, or German or something else. Love, friendships, Food, club scene, work space, fashion etc… very on Brand for MR. STARR himself.

Funny show amidst the desired romantic city of the world. The only thing in order to upkeep without feeling “ the same old the same” in terms of the romantic plots” However the city energizes like no other, in terms of the food, the fashion & the entertainment !! Finding Ashley has great singing talent ! Is Gabriel a real Chef as well !? 🙂 The whole cast is amazing !

Guilt. She's from the mid-west where there's a concept of "sisterhood" in which you do not steal another girl's boyfriend.

Characters in that serie must speak french a little bit more, don't you think? the inevitable use of English in each scene is too much. In real life, when french people have a conversation they speak french, not English!. In the tv show, all Paris became bilingual (unbelievable), it is not accurate at all! Let the french actors speak their mother tongue, to be more realistic and let non-french actors pronounce some french sentences, it is not a big deal. Please 🙏

I really like Alfie for Emily … more than Gabriel 🤷🏻‍♀️

Why the models in that Versaille's fashion show scene are only wearing shapewears? 4. Why the models in that Versaille's fashion show scene are all fat?
