The team def didn’t okay to his strengths. He is a speed merchant who is best in the defenders shoulder. Liverpool rarely played them balls under Klopp.

What alot of people don't know, is the Bielsa was supporting and working on Nunez's finishing when he was having bad spells at Liverpool last year. Now Bielsa is uraguanian manager, maybe only Nunez as invested in him more than other managers

A big price tag adds pressure to a player. Also his age, he is still young, also a new team to get to know. and a new league and the Harland comparison didn't help. He wasn''t supposed to be the finished article as the price suggests, I think he dealt with it all quite well, I think some fans can't get their head around the price tag given he is far from Liverpool's best striker at the time. Nothing to worry about with Darwin for the future, strikers get a lot of stick if they don't get high goal numbers, he offers a lot more regards assists and terrorising defenses with his pace. If you hit the woodwork 12 times its annoying but he is fractions away rather the skying shots or not getting shots. I do think he needs to work on the one on ones with the keeper better, he tends to blast it at the keeper or hit the woodwork, he needs more finesse in these situations.

Arne Slot makes letterly all players better. Though if Liverpool doesn't sign Hancko they miss on a great oppertunity. but again Slot makes all players better he goes into detail of every player at every position what to do and when to do it. if the first half isn't going well he will tell at half time exactly what to do to win.

Thanks Alice. Salah changed how he passed to Nunez. Salah started passing the ball early into space before Nunez had a chance to go offsides. Nunez doesn't think about how to time the move to not be offsides. Finishing is a difficult skill. But he needs to stop being offsides all of the time.

I think Frimpong would be a great rw for lfc, he has an high work rate, is fast and is great at crossing. Nunez can stay on about the same line as Frimpong. When Frimpong runs behind the defense then he doesn’t have to wait with crossing because Nunez is fast enough. I think this could create lots of chances

Nunez had two seasons to show his worth and he failed. No player had two bad seasons and then suddenly became a success. He needs to go. If Slot gives him another season he will risk losing his job. Van Dijk (too old/slow), Nunez (too many waisted chances) and Diaz ( rarely scores and he plays as a forward) need to leave. If Slot tries to revitalize players from the Klopp era instead of bringing in new players he will fail similar to how Moyes failed after Ferguson.

He lost his place in the starting line up and has not scored as much as Mane nor has he created as much as Firminio. He should be sold as he waists too many chances and he had two full seasons. No player that was a success at any of the big clubs took two years to be a success. He had two full season under the best manager we had in generations. Slot should not waist his time with him and he should be sold and replaced. The longer he stays the more lost opportunities for buying new players and the less opportunities for younger and reserve players.
