When I was born till I was 4 I didn't see my dad but a week or so at time an maybe 3times a year, these kids are lucky to see their parents over Skype, or even phone calls. Thank you everyone who decided to serve an may those who fell never be forgotten

Anyone who thinks war is just a fact of life now and doesn't affect the children, needs to watch these videos. These children are not just crying out of happiness, but relief as well. They know their parents are in danger when they are away. Bless them all.

Your so 100% right in what you said Freaking Mona my dad was in the army and hated him going away but thank God he was not killed. War is evil, as a kid I always thought from wat I learned in school that after world war 1&2 this would be the end of wars, sadly this is not the case, my dad had said it's not the soldiers who want to go to war but the government's of each country and dictator's who tell us to fight, they start the wars and sadly it's the men and women who have to give there lives for the country and its the children who suffer the most, and why all because the government's and dictator's start the wars and not the inercent children or the citizens of that country, just like Ukraine did not ask or start the war they have now. At school as a child in the late 70s we were told there be no wars how wrong our school was. Peace to all countries that at war now may all soldiers be safe to come home to there family and children. War is just evil.

I think this is very sweet and moving! I want to personally say thank you to all the wonderful men and women who are PROUDLY serving our country and may God bless you all and bring you home safely to your family and loved ones! From a family of veterans..welcome home!

😭😭😭 had to stop watching the video lol as could not stop crying what a soft geezer I am sometimes I hate being a emotional geezer but I got far as watching the 3 children being interviewed about there dad with the women interviewee when the eldest daughter just looked with mouth open and shocked to see her daddy standing there. That was it my eyes were full of water I could not see the video properly lol now it's time to go and get tissue to blow me nose and wipe my eyes. If you have children as I do always be there for them no matter what thick or thin you will always be there, as one day they may not be there don't ever have regrets, no matter how good or bad my children are I will always give them unconditional love that's what dad's should do like myself also mothers. Fantastic video just a shame I can't watch them all the way through I'm running out of tissue lol God bless all these loving families. Mike UK

This compilation is so moving. These were just the sweetest, tenderest moments. Brought tears. So, so glad these soldiers made it back home to their families. God bless all the other families whose loved ones are still serving overseas. I pray we all see the day there will be no need for soldiers and the whole universe is at peace. I have a very special place in my heart for the military being from a family that has a very long history of serving this nation.

This brought Many Tears to my eyes. A person That does'nt have a Loved one in the Military being sent abroad. Well we just don't realize how lonely,and alone the Families Feel. Anyone who doesn't shed a tear at these emotional scenes, must be an ignorant raving leftie, or never had a father who had to stay away for long periods of time. My dad used to, when I was young, spend over six months away in the RAAF but then was stationed closer in later years. So it was good seeing him home every night.

Not sure how much I can watch. This is very very serious business for children for 20 years he dragged us all over the world and kept leaving us. This is so triggering I’m here crying for these children because I know exactly how they feel. 20 years he was gone. There’s trauma. Your welcome for our service.
