Thank you for this video. I just passed my promotion board yesterday! They mostly asked me about counselings and all the questions they asked me were the questions you covered in the video! Your videos are all soldiers really need to be honest. On your alcohol/substance abuse video, one of the scenarios was actually asked at my husband’s board!

I am a PFC going against all SPC(P) and considering it is my first time to the board, I have to give all credit to you. I only have one actual mock board with my PSG. Great video 1sgt. About to go to my first board in two weeks. I can't wait to be a leader of soldiers and always keep my soldiers informed. It will be nice to not only assure my soldiers are ready for the mission but also improve the organization.

Great Video 1SG, I wish I could get an ounce of leadership from my chain of command. I haven’t received a single performance counseling in two years. They are all nice individuals but I feel like no one really cares about my career.

Holy crap! That’s crazy!! When the timing is right, you should sit down with one of your leaders and have a conversation about 2-5 year goals. All the best to you brother and hope things change for ya!!

With being told week before last and have worked all last week on missions, I am needing a few tips on how to successfully study for the board without brain dumping everything when it is my go. I'm starting to become really nervous.
