Yes for sure. No matter how strong you are in your bicep and tricep strength if you dont have hand/finger/cup/pronator strength you can not transfer this power on your opponents hand and you will always lose.

it's basically the arm that made levan quit... and the arm that levan can't pin without a strap..... basically almos everyone gets their hands folded without a strap against levan his cupping is so strong!

Cool einmal mit Ermes trainieren zu dürfen und drücken zu dürfen ist unglaublich. Hast du dir verdient Leonidas, das kommt alles durch deine harte Arbeit. Weiter so mit dem Armwrestling du hast was drauf.

amazing content! leonidas seems a very cool guy, always humble, a larry type it looks like, i hope he stays healthy and why not, train more and more in armwrestling! it takes time to condition the ligaments and the hand strenght, but he has what it takes to become a good armwrestler if he wants to.

Unfortunately he broke his right hand 4-5 years ago and it hasn't healed well. Because of this, his right hand always remains weaker than his left. You could see that here too

If you battle Ermes you are battling someone who stopped Levan so you better come prepared!

If Leonidas is smart he should focus on his Left Hand in the Superheavyweight division since the quality of competitors is way lower compared to the stacked Right Hand division, and also if his Left is naturally stronger it makes a lot of sense.

Leonidas has a better proportioned physique then Larry in my opinion. Even if he just got his wrist super strong he would already be dangerous. The best thing for strong guys who are inexperienced with arm wrestling is for them to focus on building strength in key arm wrestling movements. It takes much longer, tons of practice pulling and matches to develop good technique. If you have no weaknesses in your hand, wrist, arm and whole upper body then its much easier to get away with amateur technique.

Looking really Ermes, I’m sure the match with Levan was super stressful it’s good to see you’ve kept alot of that peak strength!

Ermes is the "rocky balboa" of armwrestling! Lol levan vs ermes was rocky vs Apollo Creed. Levan started out early hammering away and ermes took alot of punishment, but slowly and steadily he just kept coming and in the end "creed" levan narrowly held onto his belt and retained his championship, but the crowd was chanting "rocky rocky" ermes! Ermes! Ermes became the peoples champ that night vs levan. What a superb athlete with unbreakable will and heart. I mean how TF does a 400+lb gorilla hang on your arm an inch from the pad and ermes just ROAAAARS "COME-ON!" LOL! ERMES "THE ANIMAL... THE ITALIAN STALLION.... THE GLADIATOR" GASPARINI!
