Cool. So it's a toyota pickup with a dual rear axle and a flat bed. Got it.

Upgraded axles with more oil capacity, heavier springs, stronger drive shafts, larger fuel tanks, custom HD transmission, reinforced frame, bead lock wheels and 6x6 with lockers, etc. They put in a ton of cool stuff in these packages that make the legendary 70 series even better. They are way overbuilt compared to the already insanely tough 70 series Land Cruisers. It would be awesome to build one into an overlander.

Take that to King of the Hammers competition to see how it holds up to extreme offroad abuse.

Ironic how little credit they are giving to Toyota. Most of concepts mentioned were just 3D animations or footages from other places.

True. But google the Hilux / Landcruiser war. Rebels and smaller militia's in the middle east and Africa have required a whole rethink in military tactics after beating a number of tank divisions in nothing but Landcruisers like this (the 4x4 version) and Hilux's, with dudes sitting on the back armed with .50cal machine guns and RPG's. The smaller, maneuverable vehicles could outflank and outrun the tanks and inflict heavy casualties. Many militaries have been looking at replicating this role so you can see that's what these guys are aiming for
@PiDsPagePrototypes

Choices like the Bushmaster are probably out of the budgets of customers looking at these, and a lot of defense corporations have to ignore enquiries from some countries due to their own countries laws on who they can sell defense hardware to. Mining companies in need of secure transport platforms will be looking at this vehicle closely, as will anti-poaching agencies through Africa, where the commonality of OEM service parts mean that operating these fits better in to their ongoing operational budget limitations.
What's kinda funny is we have better rigs on the Rubicon all day long. Some even have Deuce and a Half axles. But they all cost less than $20K. Almost wish I had the gall to sell something like that to the taxpayers.

and it wouldnt take long for them to fail in combat, and WHEN they would... I take it you have not been, by your opinion? Then having to fuck with custom, and unobtanium parts(in any random shithole in the world), more than likely under threat of or actually under fire. Those modified rigs for the Rubicon are better rigs to take on the Rubicon, designed to do that task. I'm not saying this thing is the perfect specimen, but it is PURPOSE built for a set of tasks, and pretty well thought out SYSTEM as a whole. Choosing a LC is smart, wide covereage worldwide, among many other positives.

Try carrying more than 4 people AND ALL their kit in a HMMWV...
The promo is non-specific buzzwords. Hire better marketers.
35" tires are not "impressive" lol, its pretty much a minimum for offroad vehicles. this seems like a lot of hype about a medium modified Toyota 6x6, marketed to people who don't know anything about offroad vehicles and are easily impressed. none of this is stuff that hasn't been done by many people before without the inflated cost. still has leaf springs with non bypass shocks (are they just oem?) and your calling it an advanced military vehicle? common. bypass shocks, choil springs, portal axles or reinforced dana 60hd / dana 80, 38" tires, tube chassis, ctis, more lights, manual atlas or other transfer case to avoid complexity, then we can talk.
😂😂😂 agility and quickly are not attributes of a landcrawler (aka Land Cruiser)
Is it just me or is this marketing to the needs of guerrilla and terrorist entities? Obviously every military around the world develop their own vehicles and certainly do not subscribe to or purchase equipment via advertisements. Just sayin.

7 years of research and u just copied something built in Australia or south Africa in someones back yard and then you went for spring under axle that has a lower ground clearance than spring over axle set up you not only wasted money by researching for over 7 years and still failed when you copied from the backyard mechanic by the way a backyard mechanic is actually smart enough to use portal axles
