Armored windows for the Fortress Lots o Work!

Unusual Weather allows for work on the Fortress. Normally frozen with Snowdrifts the Trail to the Fortress is Dry and Dusty! A large load of window supplies were driven up and many windows installed. Crazy!

Thanks everyone for the great comments! I am glad that most everyone understands just how much work I put in every day working for MtnFortresslabs, HeavyDSparks, and Sparks Motors. Thank you all for your support in watching my videos, as I do try to keep new content coming in. I also take less Ad revenue since I only allow ads at the beginning and the end. NOT in the middle. I get annoyed when an ad pops up when i am watching a video, so I happily take less money by not interrupting, YOU, the viewer, when you are watching my videos... Have A Wizard 2024!

Alan - F the haters… If they’re unsubscribing because “they want more fortress content” they’re obviously stupid and don’t understand what goes into a project like this (and probably never done a hard days work in their life!), it certainly ain’t free and you need to earn a buck, and even the other videos are getting equipment making pieces and most of all showcasing your skills, knowledge and ingenuity that goes into such a mammoth task such as the Fortress Project. And at the end of the day if they have subscribed - they ain’t gonna see any for Fortress content when you DO get round to uploading some content!?! 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️ You carry on and keep being you, for every shitty comment you get I bet there’s tens of thousands of positive ones to offset and compensate. You have a great 2024 my man and look forward to continuing this journey with you - at YOUR OWN PACE 👍👊

It's a nightmare and I'm surprised he doesn't have any snow yet. That's a huge surprise to me. Especially coming from Utahs mountain range. It's super difficult to build and to work on top of a mountain top. All I have to say is kudos to you Allan. Coming along nicely. In Denmark, where it also gets cold during winter, we use heating blankets, when pouring concrete when freezing. Cheap rockwool based often do the trick, because the curing of concrete developes heat, but also electrically heated blankets for a short while, can make it possible to have concrete cure during winter. You are doing a great job do not worry about those negative people, those of us that have been here know what all you do and have enough smarts to know the weather especially in winter slows down progress on fortress. Take care of yourself and rest when you need to, work at your pace. You did the 1st video for those complainers when you needed to rest, could tell the difference after you rested. Do not do that to yourself again , it is your world and you allow us to come along, and we know how much you do and if you can you work on fortress and if not we catch you on SPARKS channel. Do not let those whinners unbalance you, you do a great job of balancing all you do. So youndrive the bus and dont let them drive, they obviously do not have a clue about what it takes to do what you do. So I will see you on the next one, even if it is after winter, Will see you on Sparks channel until then!

Ignore the negative Nancy people out there. I love all your content. Any one who has been following you should know you have been working years on the fortress. It’s not an overnight project. You’re not the type of guy that is going to go into debt to do a quick build just to keep a couple of viewers happy. You have to work for a paycheck to build your dream. When it’s done it will be all yours and you can look back at all the adventures and various jobs you have done to fulfill your dream. Keep doing you. That’s all that matters.

Dude, don’t let some whiny bitches with a veiled threat to unsubscribe to free content even get to you. They do not know what work is or the level of commitment you have to your lair. You, sir, are a bad ass. As someone who also has 30 years into building a one off haven, I salute you and your quest.

Hang in there, Alan! That's a lot of work! You inspire me, man! I thought it would be cool if the fortress kinda blended in with the surrounding rocks. It would take even more work to do, but it might keep some of the curious seekers away and look great. Keep up the good work!

Allen I love the content and to those that unsubscribed obviously do not understand what it takes to build such a creation as the fortress I have done concrete and laid my fair share of block and that was just at ground level so i know how much work it takes to lay block and that at the elevation that the fortress is at I can only guess how much more difficult it is with that being said I am always up for a challenge and I am not scared of hard work so if you fever find yourself needing an extra hand don't hesitate to give me a shout . Should you want or need the extra help I would be willing to donate my time and labor .
