Незаконная аннексия Арцаха и Нахиджевана силовым путем не может быть признана Международным сообществом. Если Н. Пашинян говорит, что Арцах это Азербайджан, это лишь означает что у него нет права определять судьбу Арцаха. Да еще под дулами автоматов. Референдум в Арцахе прошел. Арцах вышел из состава Азербайджана. Утвердить это решение должна Россия, так как в нарушение Конституции, СССР был распущен не утвердив решение референдума.1) Юридически Россия должна утвердить решение референдума, как правопреемница СССР, либо 2) достаточно признать независимость Арцаха нескольким странам. Иначе Азербайджан будет устраивать каждый раз себе или Армении "Ходжалы", срывая Международные законы и местную Конституцию страны.. И другие страны уже начали устраивать горячие полосы для решения своих вопросов. Сперва надо обеспечить безопасность и Армении, и Карабаха, а затем вернуть население в свои дома.

Respublika Naxicevan imela, a oblast (region) Karabax net. ASSR ne dala soglasie.

If Kocharyan, Sarkisyan come back to power....it will be the end of an independent Armenia and ot would be better to give Azeris and Türks every squaremeter of Armenian soil for free. How will you defend the villages and Artzakh back without same manpower and better weapons ? Russia is not able and willing to protect Armenia and to fight Azeri or NATO Turkey.

На момент подписания Алма-Атинской декларации как раз Карабрах и 7 районов остаются у Армении, Нахиджеван Азербайджану. Кроме того Азербайджан нарушил Алма-Атинскую декларацию когда начал силовое решение вопроса и когда ввел в СНГ Турцию.
