ARMENIAN LIFE: Our Holiday in Areni Lodge
We take a break from Yerevan and enjoy the peace, tranquility and natural beauty of the Areni Lodge and surrounds in the Vayots Dzor region. Our friends Len and Armine (the proprietors of the lodge), kindly invited us to stay for a couple of nights and just relax. That's exactly what we did. It was fantastic. If you'd like to take a unique holiday and enjoy true Armenian hospitality, why not consider this beautiful place: arenilodge.com
*** NB: I made a few mistakes in describing the rooms. The suites have a king size bed, not a queen.
The budget rooms are 11m2 plus the 5m2 shared bathroom = 16 m2 ***
On Sunday morning we went to see the little known Dadali Bridge, a 13th Century bridge spanning the Arpa River near to Yeghegnadzor. It's in a spectacular location and one can enjoy a picnic and horovats next to the river.

Thank you very much for respecting, loving, and cherishing Armenia and its heritage. Thank you or spreading kind words about Armenian throughout the world. God Bless you and all the kindhearted people of the world!
This is a great promotional video. Areni Lodge is a fantastic accomplishment, building something from nothing belongs to visionaries like the owners of the place, Len and family.

@rafaelernestorosabal8734...yes, 25,000 AMD is a bargain for the budget room, considering you have access to all of the facilities at the Lodge.
I think it's beautiful the sense of community over there.. it really truly warms my heart and soul. The west is so divided and corrupted and they are trying to separate families.. it's really sad the world we live in right now especially in America! I'm slowly planning to move out overseas by spring next year. I hope you all stay safe!! 🥰🥰🥰

@mishaa6063...yes, you're absolutely right about the sense of community here in Armenia...especially in the villages! Tragically the west has almost completely lost this and as you say, there is an all out attack on the traditional family designed by God. The devil himself is now throwing parties all over the world as he has turned God's laws upside down and millions have fallen for this evil. May God help us all and guide and protect you and your family🙏
Love this place so much
Thank you for spreading LOVE!
Great idea to build this for people to relax and enjoy staying in this serene place...no doubt everyone will just cherish each moment from being in this amazing spot
