ARMENIAN LIFE: Khor Virap, Noravank and Areni 1 Cave

Join us for a trip to Khor Virap Monastery, Noravank Monastery and the Areni 1 Cave in Armenia.
A few weeks ago, we visited these amazing, sacred places with our Armenian sister and brother. These sites are part of the life and breath of Armenia and are "must see's" when you come to visit.
We welcome everyone, who has peaceful intent towards Armenia, to come and visit these sacred sites and ask the diaspora to consider returning to their motherland to live and contribute to the future of Armenia.

@@corbettcorbett2688... That's a good question, but I love the Lori region...so I guess that gives it away! However, Gyumri is a lovely city too🙏

I visited Armenia a few weeks ago. Sadly, we didn’t have time for Noravank. We only went to Sevan and Haghartsin and spent the rest of the time in Yerevan. I am literally in love with Armenia. Felt so comfortable there and hassle free. It’s like life has a slower rate and people have more time for each other.

Hi Mitch. Thank you again for informative video. I think you are Armenian of the year. Remember in Australia we do Australian of the year, so I was thinking you should suggest to Armenia to have that title also , so Armenians will be putting more efforts to do more for Armenia . God blessing you. 🙏

@Uri NATO...Thanks for the amazing compliment, Uri, but Mrs Mitch and I are just doing our small part. Our reward would be to see many Armenians returning to their homeland. If we all stopped complaining and did our small part for the country, things will improve here in no time🙏 God bless you my friend.

I visited Noravank and Areni 1 Cave in the summer of 2015. I wasn't going to brave the stairs of Noravank.

Hello! I am from Argentina, there is a very large Armenian community here, they are very kind and friendly people. I would really like to visit your country, I am planning a trip for next year to visit Armenia, since the economic situation here is very difficult, I have to adjust expenses as much as possible, and I wanted to know if by renting a vehicle for 1 day I can visit Echmiadsin, Khor Virap and Noravank on the same day, it would be very expensive for me to rent a car for 2 days. It's possible?

@luciano_ippolito...Hi Luciano, nice to hear from you. I'm happy to know that you're interested in Armenia. I would strongly advise against hiring a car to drive to the locations you mentioned, as the traffic is a bit crazy here. Khor Virap and Noravank are in the same direction, so they can be visited in one day. I suggest you visit Ejmiatsin on a separate day; because it would be too much to visit all these locations in one day. My wife and I would be happy to drive you to these locations (time permitting) and show you around if you'd like. BTW, Mrs. Mitch was a former tour guide in Soviet Armenia. All we would ask is that you cover our fuel cost. Either that; or you could take a couple of organized tours which include these places. I can recommend a good tour company. Please feel free to send me an email, so we can communicate on a more personal level. Go to my channel page (using a regular computer/laptop...but not a Smartphone), click on "About" then "Business email" and you'll find my email. Hope this information helps and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Kind regards, Mitch

Mitch, we are so disgusted with the way we see the culture going in the usa. Do you think that the Armenian people would welcome others who are not armenian? We have two children seven and nine who we know are being affected by the culture around us. They are homeschooled and not in public school but still it is so grieving to see the value systems of our culture run away from God

@Erick F...the question is not whether you'll be accepted here my friend, but whether you'd be able to acclimatize to a totally different way of life! You have to think about what you can do here to earn a living. Then you have to think about your wife and children. You'd ALL HAVE to learn either Eastern Armenian or Russian. If you can work remotely, or start some business here, then that would make things a lot easier. I totally understand your deep concern about western culture, but you've got to lean on God's wisdom to know what's best for your family. My wife and I will do everything we can to answer your questions, should you seek more information and advice. You can write to me via our channel page, click on About, then Business Email. Do this via a regular computer, as smartphones usually don't reveal our email for some reason. “The Lord bless you and keep you; The Lord make His face shine upon you, And be gracious to you; The Lord lift up His countenance upon you, And give you peace.” ’🙏 Kind regards, brother Mitch

Jesus said the true church is not made by the hands of man, and in 12 places, the bible talks about the church going to the houses of disciples. Christ said go in your room to pray, not at a building that Christians call church. I say this with a broken heart, because we put traditions above truth, and man's ways above God's way. When will we be lovers of The Truth? When will we glorify God by being a living testimony, not to mention living stones.
