doesn't work here, Armenians kicked out loads of Azerbaijanis when they occupied the region in the 90s, that's why today 99% of people in Nagorno Karabag are Armenians. There are nearly 1 Million refugees in Azerbaijan who used to live in the Territories that were occupied by Armenia. Azerbaijan recently won the conflict.

If ethnic armanian are majority in disputed region then it's more good to give it to Armenia.
