I'm just waiting Arma to be released in console, I'm already a good player in DayZ and (and at least my friends say) I'm an absurdly competent sniper, but I'm desperate for vehicle combat (especially air to air) since there's no such thing as combat helis or planes in Console's DayZ

Great video! Thanks for mentioning Unsung and the Nimitz. For Unsung we have now three versions available: Unsung, Unsung Redux Dev, Unsung Redux Stable. Unsung Redux is compatible with the creators DLC S.O.G. Prairie Fire. We maintain Unsung Redux and Unsung in parallel, so players have a choice to use Unsung with or without the DLC. Loved that Starfighter landing attempt! I hope I can backport the arresting wire system from CVA-31 to the Nimitz eventually.

Banger video as usual, that animated recoil coefficient mod just makes firefights so much fun now. I feel like this mod really bridges the weapon mechanics from squad with Arma 3.

Issues I have with rag doll mods are that Arma’s rag dolls are already pretty realistic, and most of these mods dramatize the deaths rather than improve them. A real human corpse, immediately upon death, tends to simply drop straight down like a bag of rocks, or falls immediately in place during motion. There is no slow drop or attempt to stand, or even a force pushing them back. They simply drop where they stand, becoming limp at the immediate moment of death

It depends on how close they get hit w a round, and what kind of round. I don’t think they can code distance for it or the kind of round, so they put in some generic catch all

yeah i agree, but the problem with arma is that weird flinch that occurrer when getting hit

4:53 - Tactical Urination, Lol!!! I was already starting to get interested in this mod, but I saw that there is no urine flow animation there! It's a pity. It would be nice to create a stealth mission where the sentries leave to pee and at that moment they could be killed

to know that someone with a graphics card that is just 20 numbers above mine I got a 1060 and I run bad on arma 3 laggy and you have a 1080 and run great somehow, I need to get a NEW COMPUTER, or upgrade it with the help of someone, my CPU also needs an upgrade, nice content man, gonna love having 2 frames a second with these mods

Haha, always! Hated going to list videos and there's A) No modlist and B) No timestamps. Like ok, I guess I'm doing homework now.

As someone who used to play a lot of A.C.E. with ACRE radio mod, mostly against npcs, but sometimes of full pvp servers in Arma 2, I just couldn't get in to arma 3 with the same enthusiasm. When I do play it, I only play KOTH as everything else seems dead. Even Endgame is great, but empty. These mods do look tasty. I'd love that Apache in KOTH, pure death from above!!!

I downloaded Continent in arms and the requirements but can not find the mod to load and play. Did some digging around to find a dependency not listed (map or some such) and its a no go. Canadian Base Moosehead is a nice base, I'm in a unit called CSOR which is a special forces for Canada and it works perfectly for us.

Have you seen Crow's Electronic Warfare mod? It adds a load of EW mechanics, like tracking signals, jamming of TFAR, EMPs, and jamming of UAV/UGVs.

Men I love these videos even tough I know most of the mods since I’m like doin nothin else then looking for new stuff, but I just love listening to your voice it’s soooo calming and I enjoy it everytime thx for brining us these great videos 👍👍👍

Please could you make a video about how you play Arma, and what you think is the best way to begin with when you are a beginner. Like what kind of servers and gamemodes you prefer. Because at the moment it seems like I just make scenarios in the eden editor and its kinda boring somtimes because you know how the mission is and I want something unexpected things to happen. I have tried some official servers like some Zeus Moderator gamemode, it was kinda fun but the bad things is that you can only use vanilla. I would like to know how you play the game because after watching these TOP mods videos with cool looking scenes in the background it seems like you have it real fun and I want to know how you play Arma for it to be it like that. Keep up the good work! I love your videos!♥

For all my cinematic scenes, I use the editor to make it that way. I really only have other players for the aerial shots since I don’t do a lot of ground ops. To use mods on a server, you’d need to join a unit that uses the mods! :) best way to play with those mods instead of just vanilla.

Honestly, I don't know enough about Ryzen and how ArmA 3 does on that chipset to give an informative opinion. Plus plenty of others have done comparisons that are much more in depth than I could hope to go. :)

Ragdoll Physics Plus reminds me of veteran mod's ragdoll physics.

I run the only Droid/CIS unit and it's awesome to see people like Webknight pick up support for us B1s. It makes our gameplay 1000% better once you add in some voice changers so we sound like droids lol.

what mod are you using to get the smooth movement of the weapon when moving Arma 3 is very clunky on movement but your animation looks way smoother then original animation? plus the view throw the weapon looks more realistic in terms that the eotech is not up in your face blocking your view is that a mod also to fix that thanks.

god, i fuking love this game. if anyone had ever told 10 years ago that asingle game would keep me hooked for a decade with both community and dev support alike going strong 8 years after launch, i wouldn't have believed them at all. but here we are.

I wish you'd added scion conflict or the Mobile Weapons Project. They're both cool original scif universes born in Arma.

Basically me free time when not doing dad or spouse duties is arma and dcs. 2,900 hrs and 5,500 hrs respectively already own the dcs Apache just waiting for it to drop. As much as I like the viper iv always had a thing for the flanker the look of that jet encompasses the tomcat eagle and viper all in one ☝️

With the russian escalation redux mod, I'm hoping someone can create a scenario whereas the US Army and Russians perform a joint operation together fighting off CSAT or some other faction.

You seem to know your mods pretty well. Hopefully you dont mind me asking this; How do you replace the vanilla weapons, outfits and loadouts with a loadout you create in CUP for example? My friends and I like playing escape missions such as Escape from Tanoa. And we always start with the base game vanilla outfits and weapons and must use mods such as MCC to access the arsenal to choose a realistic loadout. And we have to keep doing that every time we die. Is there a way to replace the vanilla so we dont have to keep doing this?

You would have to use a .SQF file and use a script that runs at the beginning of the mission and upon respawn to tell the game what loadouts you want to keep. Virtual Arsenal allows you to save loadouts and export them to be used in this way. Also, mods like this steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=704347231&searchtext=save+loadouts should help, but you won't be able to use it on official servers.

Any mod to fix the "z-fighting" problem ? ( flickering textures on models at long distances ) btw great video! As a personal opinion i like much more "Real Hero's Ragdoll Mod" and... definetly WE NEED A LOT of CAS missions to BE the CAS not to call it !! I really love to fly on DCS and i want to do some CAS missons on Arma3 but i cant find CAS missons on the workshop !!!

no, thats an engine issue. Can only be resolved by the devs but that would likely require a complete rework on an engine thats already EOL.

Yup, as these guys mentioned, definitely an engine issue. Even though its the 4th generation of Real Virtuality, it's still an older engine now.

the ah-6d apache is a bit hard to land bc once you let Ur throttle key go it will turn of the engine :/ tho it is really nice but landing is hard af
