    Tim Bresnan is the true sportsman. Did not take this match competitively but friendly. Always looking out for Lupkes and striking conversations with him just like a good friend does. Very lovely.

    I trained with Tim a couple times. He is a very nice and down to earth guy. He was so gentle (It was my second time ever pulling)

    Lupkes vs Cyplenkov is the best armwrestling match for me, because they are both canonic, trying to struggle by rules, and both of them were having beautifully, classic armwrestling matches in that meeting.

    I think I know what Lupkes was feeling. I'm also a weight lifter and big guy and when I strain that hard while holding my breathe, my heart will skip beats and cause me to have to cough to get it back in normal rhythm. It feels kind of scary and also takes the drive out of you. I have a slight mitral valve prolapse. Arm wrestling is not healthy. Holding your breathe while straining that hard puts all the pressure on your heart.
