Mask has probably one of the strongest flashes in the world. hes very underrated. I saw him first hand at WAL 2017 in vegas, he blew through everyone except Ron Bath and Devon Larratt. Even so, he beat Ron convincingly that day, and almost beat Devon.. Devon's superhuman endurance is what saved him

When Matt changed his technique he got a lot closer to pinning him The first time , he was surprised he was that close to pinning him and by the time he noticed he let him recover

Lars is almost unrecognizable in the Viking Arms video being so lean. Guy's a Beast for sure.

As soon as I saw round 2, I knew it was over.

Damn. Mask got violated here.

Mask's elbow was way off the pad in the 1st round. This is why there needs to be some kind of electronic sensor in the pad to automatically penalize cheats.

Whenever Mask loses, an angel gets its wings. Hahaha nah all jokes aside, Mask's antics can get pretty annoying but I have to admit he has one of the most lethal opening hits in the game. His ability to chain his hook and put his whole back, tricep, core and launching leg (always on the table leg) in one motion is insane. Very smart tactic of Rorbakken to force the straps and take Mask into his world. Because Matt doesn't have the kind of endurance and top roll game that Larratt has, once Rorbakken him takes him beyond the brink and powers in to a tricep press, he kills Mask there every time. Brilliant pulling strategy against someone with Mask's style.

Only thing here he didn't hook, he'd lose doing that. You lose me at "ability to chain his hook and put his whole back, tricep...". Matt is always known for toproll. Maybe you mean his cup (wrist flexion)?

I don't know what the rules were there about lifting your elbow. And I don't know if it would have made much difference for Matt in the long run. But at 6:65-6:66, it appeared to me that Lars elbow clearly lifted off the pad (it may have been moved off already by Matt) and he settled it back down in a good position for himself. ' Just an observation and comment. Sure someone else saw that as well long before I did here just now - if I'm even correct...I think I am.

nah, remember he is really tall. I have friends that weigh over 90kg that arent that fat and dont even work out so dont have much muscle either.

the ref in this match sucks... lars isn't lined up square at all, his right shoulder is waaaay in front from the start

Rorbakken has an incredible tricep press. ... then again, most 'strongmen' turned arm wrestlers do... more of the Top arm wrestlers don't understand the fundamentals of having a balanced arm and the huge advantages it gives you. Mask is a talented and gifted puller, Rorbakken isn't 'talented', he just trained tremendously hard his whole life as a strongman, and used that discipline to convert over to a puller.
