I got this from Ebay :)

I bought the same one a month ago and it moves a lot. Maybe we should use the others screws and not only the two screws from the cupholder.

Maybe yea but I looked and there's no-where for the screws to thread into. The other holes are just for the clips to keep the original cup holder in place. Or at least that's how mine is made. Edit: Although mine doesn't seem to move loads it's pretty sturdy, maybe try tightening it all down more?

Mine was moving a lot but in the kit there were 4 extra bolts with nuts. I used two of them in the holes for the clips of the cup holder (in mine it was an ash tray with the same clips). Just held the nut underneath and screwed the bolt. It got much more sturdy. Still not perfect though. But I guess you can't expect too much out of ebay parts lol.

Hello buddy i was wondering how stiff the armrest when u lay your hand on it and is it worth the money to upgrade, because if its flexible it won’t do the jobs as armrest cuz its not that cheap though

You probably have the "ashtray". You need to remove the first tray, then you have a second one that it's just clicked in. Use a screwdriver and gently pull it up in the middle opposite to the small cover/door hinges.
