After her quest it's confirmed she is the kind person who just acts cruel as a face to the other harbingers as mentioned by others. The only thing that comes true is she can betray the tsaritsa as she mentioned it herself. The children in the house of hearth always holds higher priority to her.

Arlechinno probably is the only one who can get all 3 children take hide and seek more seriously.

Her playing hide and seek with the kids and having dinner with the children feel the most canon

I think it says a lot about Arlecchino’s character that someone would choose to do an animation of her just doing daily commissions

What we see of Arlecchino in the game is just the tip of the iceberg, this is her true personality

Arlecchino is the only character i know that has canonically blown up an orphanage killing the caretaker and everyone cheered for it. This was great.
