This song is so meaningful for me. Once upon a time while I was leaving my own land, I listened to this song in the plane. lyrics are so heart touching. No matter how beautiful the country you go, your own land hides inside your heart, and you can't escape this reality that one day you long for everything you leave behind. Thanks Arkona, after years the same taste and memories

I still dream of the day the 6 of them will do a festival together, each with their own separate setlist of songs, but finishing off with На Моей Земле. One can dream :')

Just discovered this song (years too late), but this has to be the most epic rock/metal song ever composed; 15 minutes long, 6 languages, great musicianship,an epic sory line!! An absolute masterpiece!!

Yes i put a castle from Transylvania, because i lived there and i love Transylvania. I wanted to put it in the video because i think it's beautiful, and also maybe phisicaly it's maybe in Romania, but for me spirituality the concept of it and the idea is fit for that part of the song and the feelings of it. Somehow it's connected to gothic motives and a bit dark but beautiful aspects.

Moreover, I get your point that even though it is physically in Romania, it's vibe kinda fits some other part of Europe. I am from the southern part of Romania and each time I visit Transylvania I feel like I am in a different country. I think this is how we feel the marks that the Austro-Hungarian empire have left on the land. By the way, may I ask where are you from and how did you end up living in Romania?

I just explained it because for me too that was a thing i thought about if to do it or not, but eventually i decided to do it because of the vibes of the castle. I went to Romania to volunteer for kids in three hospitals for kids in Cluj - Napoca. It changed my life. Without that, maybe i would not make these videos, or other creations things i do :-)

There is no seperate song by Heidevolk or any other band. They just contributed their part to this song. Take it as a whole. (If you like Heideolk as a band, then search for Heidevolk as a band.)
