She reducing Ulpian attack interval from 2.5 into 2.05 and let him deal 12 hits during s3 instead 10. And than +14k damage overall per 25 seconds

One notable thing about this skill is that you can use it against high threat enemies, the moment you see Ulpianus in danger you retreat him back to safety Pretty fun

Ulpianus's S3 is coded to redeploy him. I may be wrong but I think Steam Knight lost target because of it. Just like you could retreat an operator targeted by it and put someone else in their place.

Yep he gets like 100 hp every time he gets hit, and increases to 160(i think) when he drops below 50% hp

I hope so too, but i think its unlikely. AH is known to have poor arts adaptability which is why i dont think we've gotten one yet. Who knows though, Andreanna alter might find the secret to Arts.
