To be honest I'd give episode a 7 at most compared to the source material. But I rarely enjoy adaptations of works I've read beforehand. It's obviously better than no anime and it's cool to see the characters animated and voiced etc.

That fight cinematic with Skadi and Specter leaves me breathless. I can't stop watching it.

Thanks for listening to my recommendations! There are more songs I love in AK but I will let others get the spotlight. As people have pointed out the Golden Age song is slowed down sadly. This is not the official name for the song but I was trying to get you guys to check out the video "The Golden Age Will Return Again! | Arknights Animation" by Rokettor, because I thought the animation fits the song really well and you would have enjoyed it more. Still happy you enjoyed these ones, I knew you would really like Renegade haha

That part where specter climbs the wall with her chainsaw is just fabulous

I love the abyssal hunter side stories so much. The OSTs are some of my favourites and the overall theme and aesthetic of them is personally my favourite in the game. Can't wait till they announce more of them in the future. This PV is probably my 2nd favourite (1st being NTR's because that fight scene is so sick)

Yes some potentials seems like they do absolutely nothing at all, but the right operators really do make a difference. SA faster redeploy is very powerful Surtr/blaze longer invincibility Saria +5% atk def for a potential is like adding another talent is amazing plus everything else Angelina more passive healing Thorn more dot more sustain Bagpipe (obvious enough) Generally speaking you can work just fine with operators at potential one. With that in mind, probably the ones that increase talent, like Perfumer or Executor. Not needed, but pretty nice. And before anyone rails me for Executor, your argument is invalid against dual wielding shotguns that got me through Wolumonde.
