I mean Batman was captured by Joker and Harley, he was super out of it with Harley but still, Friez was captured by Penguin too, Catwoman was captured by Two Face, so it's kind of all over the place. I'd definitely have Nightwing in never stood a chance tier though since regardless of losing to Harley and getting captured by Penguin he helped Batman beat Croc who would murder the other two I just listed.
