As someone that loves asian languages and culture can we appreciate how spot on Beast queens pronounciation for the names was i love it this in general was so well made that it definitely deserves a sub

It's been a long time in development, but It's finally done. I hope it's a truly awesome watching experience for you all! Finally putting a visual to some of those crazier events was really satisfying, but also quite a bit of work. I'd say it was definitely worth all the work though. On another note, I should be publicly releasing Normality sometime soon, along with a big development deep dive video in the future. The other mod content (like the custom armors) will eventually follow suit. It's been pretty crazy working on this project, but we've all learned so much from it. Thanks for being patient, and stay tuned for the rest of the Survival Stories.

Let’s just keep in mind that unlike the previous stories (which are excellent) the team had to _build_ a non-aberrant version of this map to do this one. That alone would be impressive. The fact that you maintained relative continuity among the cast while managing a full school load and Monarky content… that’s some superhuman ADHD goodness right there. A huge congratulations!

This is it. Abberation is the pinnacle of Ark and you have absolutely brought it to life. I can't believe you started the story before the Ark got damaged! And then, the story of the Explorer notes told in such an immersive way - but even better than your previous installments.. I loved every minute of this - such an amazing story and such an incredible job telling it. You should be so proud - I'm not sure how the Animated Series is going to go, but one way or another, I reckon big Netflix $ is in your future dude

I once again feel I need to say its always truly an honor be apart of these. They might just be my favorite ARK related content. Its just kinda breath taking in fully honestly. I haven't even watched it yet but I think I can safely say this is going to be the best one yet. Huge congrats to Ned, the body actors and the dev team with everything, from the map, to the animations and just the small details that make these stories so much fun to watch. I also admit, I wasn't in this one much. Life got crazy for me but trust me when I say this. I will BE THERE for Chapter 2, I can't wait!!!! Luv you all

Ned this is incredible! You've come so far in your shot variety. So glad to see you use more still imagery and breaking up camera movement with good old fashioned sequencing. This one is so cinematic. It's gonna be a long, difficult wait for the next one!

This is so good so far. I haven't made it all the way through yet but i couldn't help but to comment that i'm in awe of the amount of love and attention went into this. Props, Ned!

Lemme just say- the survival stories before this were awesome. The work, time, and effort put in is unmatched by anyone who has attempted to recreate the story of ark. But this… this was *incredible.* The voice acting, the set up, the atmosphere, the music, and not only that, but all the mods and things you hand to hand make were just phenomenal. The fact that you had to design and entire map based off so little information was awesome as well. Thank you so much for all the effort put into this by you and your team, and I cannot wait for the next chapter!

This was absolutely amazing, you’ve come so far from The Island and I’ve loved watching all of it. It makes me so excited whenever I see one of these come out. I’ve been waiting for Aberration for quite some time, and I have to say, you didn’t disappoint, by far the best one you’ve done yet. Great job Neddy, can’t wait to see part 2.

This has to be one of the best videos I’ve ever watched! The scene with Diana throwing the glow stick down the shaft (reminiscent of the Aberration Trailer), the Reaper stalking Santiago on the surface, and Diana giving Mei-Yin the necklace were my favorite parts. I loved voice acting, and the animation of like the ARK malfunctioning after the bomb blew up the Overseer. Also, Mei-Yin blushing after receiving her gift was so cute! Can’t wait for Part 2!

Oh yeah, I haven't watched yet but I can tell this will be awesome :) Aberration's story is something I've... well, wanted to see in some form other than the notes, ever since I started playing ARK. Thank you for pouring the effort and time into making this :D

Your videos always spark the Ark adventure blood in me. The need to learn, explore and overcome bosses that are from Island to the end and always ripping my heart when I see one of Meis creatures sacrificed for the greater good. Keep up the good work and never give up you trilobite lover :)

This is my favorite one yet, although I might be a bit biased since Mei and Diana’s relationship is one of my favorite parts of the story. I’ve reread Mei and Diana’s notes many times, but I’ve only ever gotten to see the story in my head. I loved getting to see them come to life. The cinematography was stunning, and I loved the combination of narrated scenes, and scenes without narration. As well as the additional voice lines by Santiago and others. I’d consider it a movie. Here’s my random nonsense thoughts and favorite parts; -the intro credits make this feel even more like a movie and were a nice touch to it. -Normality is awesome! The quality of this project will always amaze me. -All the new armor designs and animations. -the aberration travel montage -Diana first using the armor -overseer battle -the scene with Santiago on the surface. A new scene that wasn’t exactly in the notes, yet definitely could’ve been. This is what I hope the show will be, in terms of the changes to the notes. -monke -look, it’s me! Moschops for 2 seconds of screentime at 24:50 :) -4:54 i loved this part, the silence added to the suspense before the reaper Queen appeared the second time. -Ao Yue’s design is awesome! -The beginning of Prosperity in particular. The little “ok” just makes me laugh. -Rockwell! I don’t have enough words to describe how amazing it is and how much I like it. I’m going to be watching it many more times :D

This was an immense delight to watch, to listen, and to witness. The expressions of the characters, the body acting, the WHOLE work is just beyond-words-awesome. I thank you very dearly for making story of ARK more accessible and at that, greatly enjoyable. It truly means the world to me that you bring this to life. Holy cow, I freaking need to go to aberration again, so much nostalgia of such a beautifully dangerous map, genuinely love this adaptation of the explorer notes and I am always impressed by how amazing your team's work on it is, absolutely fenomenal

You've outdone yourself this time, Ned. I've seen every survival story so far, and enjoyed all of them - but this one is by far the best yet. The immense amount of effort put into this is visible. "The fall" is one of the most exciting parts of the Aberration story, and your team did a great job on that part, which was great to see. I hope more of the community gets to see this. I'll make sure to share this to my ark friends :) Can't wait for part 2!

All of the footage in this video was shot by me, we didnt use the clip from the trailer. We rebuilt the environment from that part of the trailer from scratch completely and shot it ourselves :)

Totally worth the wait this gave me chills can't wait for part 2

Because of Raasclark's "Aberration mod map but it's before it blew up" video I found your channel and the Ark the survival stories. I binged the island, scorched earth, and Aberration Part1 in one setting. And I must say it was wonderful. You can clearly see the progression of the work with each new set of stories. I've played ark since the release on the ps4 and still have not found 100% of the notes on console or pc version; an I found a handful of information that I was unaware of (considering I think myself super knowledgeable on all things ark). And in the light that you have presented it found it very entertaining. Well done. You just got yourself a subscriber.
