I’m a single casual player, and I’m not ready to raise my own just yet, so I can’t truly answer your question about what I think of the rhyniognathia. However, from what I’ve read and seen, it’s a very difficult tame, but has so many abilities and skills that make survival life so easy that it’s no wonder it’s a difficult end game tame. It takes a lot of effort and patience.

Tame a giga (or carcha or bronto), breed them so you have good mele, stamina, hp and weight (I did two lines, one for rhynio and one for giga) kill one low lvl take the pheromone find a good lvl female, net her damage her untill she is under 10 or 5% of health (I always damage untill 300 hp or smth like that) use the pheromone on your dino and wait for her to lay a larvae in your dino after she frees herself from the net; THIS is the worst part, you need to have every kibble in your fridge, every food you can craft, lke callien soup, chillie, lazarus chowder etc., it can ask for element too, black pearls, and ammonite bile, I think that's everything. The larve will have cravings (I have incubation time set to 6 so it has one cracing every minute and 20 seconds or smth liek that) if you complete all 5 cravings it will have the best stats possible (you don't do any cravings - like level 60 or smth, you do all cravings - over 200 (I have max wild level 225 so that's for me)) And I think that's all, you can watch some videos about it so you will get a better explanation

I like building with wood or stone (mainly wood) because sometimes it just feels and looks right.

Can you do one of a regular video where your taming stuff and building? I would like to see you taming dinosaurs and building a base

You asked. So my thought is I will never tame one as I dont like the whole sacrificial thing. Just like a Troodon is a no go and a Carchar.

Well, it’s your decision about how you play. So are you just not going to have a rhyniognathia, or will you summon a tamed one yourself?

​​@@BersealiaDreamheart just wont get one. I do think they are just ugly as sin too. I do have a serious question though if you care to answer or not is fine. I play on Ps4 so modded unofficial maps arent available to me, but is there a map that matches skyrim for PC out there? I would get a pc just to build skyrim if I could get an exact map for it. By the way, I did mean to mention in my first post that I did really like your build. I enjoy the building aspect the most in this game.

@@aircobraman1375 I also like building in ARK. I do sometimes play survival mode out of boredom though. I play on Xbox because my gaming laptop doesn’t have enough data storage for the PC Steam version. Though I’m not much of a risk taker like other players, do I do use cheats to summon tames occasionally as well as switch to creative mode. I would like to tame rhyniognathia, but I can’t until I have all the food and resources for the cravings.
