OL, RB, LB.... I THINK IF WE HAVE A GOOD LINE BACKER GROUP WE CAN WORK WITH THE DT'S INTERIOR LINE WE HAVE... SOLID 1 CUT RB DONT NEED A DANCER OR A BRUISER IF THE LINE HAS A GOOD BLOCK SCHEME

Nice film work but I was more intrigued by the Right Guard (#71). That kid looks like an NFL Guard and he plays with attitude. At least from the film I see here.

You watch: this kid Patrick Wilson will be our 2nd Round Pick if he falls to us. Then he’ll be injury prone his whole career. Jerry just has a thing for injured studs. A Center in the 1st, LB in the 2nd and I hope, a RB in the 3rd. If they wait till the 5th Round for a RB, all the top ones will be gone, just like last year. BTW Brother, thanks for these Draft breakdowns; they are fantastic!!!

We can definitely use a young RB with some pop. Imo, there are more pressing needs like DL, LB, and O-line.
Dallas won’t pick this kid. He can’t pass protect which means he can’t pick up the blitz. We already have a Back who can’t p/u the blitz (Deuce) so I don’t see them taking another. Maybe as a b/u. The RB that I want us to get is Rocket Sanders. He’s a SPECIAL RB, a great runner, receiver, blocker and could play ST if we need him too. Although when he ties Tony D’s 99 1/2 yards TD, don’t be surprised. I can definitely see him doing that. And he’s only been injured once, which was last year.
Due to the injury history of Benson, I prefer Corum or Brooks at the RB. I like guys with legs like tree-trunks who can punch it in the end zone. Cowboys have a lot of needs right now. Still need a run-stopping DT, a LB who can lead the defense (is there a young Ray Lewis available??), and some O-Line help, most notably at center.

Pass protection is about "want to" and study. If a dude is t going to pass block, why should we have him. This comes down to coaching. The coaches have to coach...... But you ruined him for me because of the injuries

I'm a was part of the linebacker community and this guy doesn't make me think he's much of a threat... then you add numerous injuries... good running backs usually look like they out talent other teams even against tuff defenses... I haven't seen anything from this guy that's truly impressive.. Are you his agent? Or his mom lol? Just average or below in the NFL would be a terrible pick probably chronically injured or on a practice squad...

No, drafting for need almost never works.. unless you are going to trade to make it happen. You draft the best player on your board at your pick, if you arent moving up or down. Thats how we got ceedee, and parsons.. drafting for need gets you a bum tightend like last year. Idiots.
Ummmm I understand shading pollard is the easy and trendy thing to do right now but he doesn’t go down easy neither. Alot of ppl just want to refer to that pollard goal line play against dolphins, but want to act like he wasn’t top of the league in yards after contact before this season. I like trey benson a lot but ACC defenses are not NFL defenses I’m sorry. He will need better run blocking and run play system like pollard needs or benson will have same struggles and we will act like he sorry too lol
