"You can trace through ideas from Aristotle that shape our entire field of Biology even though we do not know it. His thought is like a subterranean river that surfaces now and then and influences us even though we don't even know it. He gave us the very structure of our thought."
Armand Leroi, Professor of Evolutionary Developmental Biology, Imperial College London

It is wonderful to see how this person shines and is enthusiastic about what he does. That is the most beautiful gift, a passionate person full of curiosity and the desire for knowledge
Aristotle is one of the most influential and at the same time underrated scientists of all time. I wish I could travel back in time and communicate with him.
You call him Professor of Evolutionary Developmental Biology. I call him the guy from the documentary Aristotle's Lagoon.
Helpful video for one of my class assignments , thank you
Fantastic! Thaks for posting!!!

I'm so very, very happy to see that you guys are back. I was afraid you'd stopped since there's unfortunately not to much traffic to your videos. (Which is ridiculous!!) It's nice to see that you're on Patreon, will subscribe to it in the future you guys deserve it. In the meantime, keep up the excellent work, it is not unappreciated and thanks for making my life fuller

Dear Ankianka, thank you for your kindness! We'll do our best to keep up.
Interesting. If I read Aristotle's writings on biology I'm sure I would find them dry and tedious but this man makes them sound fascinating. His enthusiasm is infectious. Philosophy and science truly begin with wonder!

You aren't sure, you're assuming before getting informed (the opposite of sure). Books don't bite.

@@spelcheak You are wrong because I had taken a look at his biological treatises before writing that comment and they did strike me as dry and boring. Some books do bite and some books bore the reader to tears. It depends on the reader.
Thank you ♥️
You can really see passion
A brilliant brain...Mr Leroi
