This presentation was done with admirable, Zen-like minimalism. The combination of only the slide show (factual) and only the audio (explanatory) was extremely helpful. There was nothing extraneous that distracted from Aristotle’s teachings. Sometimes, less is more…a lot more. Thank you professor!

The suggestion about women attending public feasts also seems to me to be a reference to the Laws, not the Republic- in the Republic isn’t the emphasis much more on military training and naked exercise for women, and the emphasis in the Laws much greater on feasts?
