What he did at 7:37 is called Sargam (in Indian classical music) Sargam is musical notes like we have in western Do re Me Scale C D E F G A B Indian Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Dha Ni Western Do Re Mi Fa So La Ti So what arijit sang was a Different musical notes sounding like Re ga ga Re ga ga And so on!!

It doesn't matter if it's low range or high range Arijith has something special .

Indian music has micro notes and not only notes ( which the western music has).He was singing the classical music notes in different arrangements. Please no scatting. This is very tough and musical.
