It's taken me 3 years to FINALLY get to some point of feeling balanced/grounded and I'm still struggling with some things like PTSD and Anxiety. But I'm dealing with another Aries now and idk if God's telling me to be more patient and wait or warning me that this is a similar situation as the past. I feel you on the ptsd. Cptsd is a lifelong companion here. I've given up thinking it's something that will ever be completely gone. Accepted that this is my lesson to navigate I guess. Blech hate when I get triggered and knocked down but I will say at least by now I can counteract the spirals practically with my eyes closed lol

I had to stop this at 28 mins. And 2 days later , it's the 4th of July 1234 on the clock. Chelsea you know I live in 🇯🇲 right? Well tons of shit going down around me right now. God is EVERYTHING and little is much when He is in it. I've been in maine for almost 2 months. My parents who live in TN have no idea I'm here. My dad is literally in the hospital dying. My parents are racist, I married a Jamaican 13 years ago of which they didn't speak to me for 9 of... since my father's brother passed away during covid and my father couldn't be by his side due to regulations I reach out to him to help with the grief he was going through. I am a female version of my father. He and I were besties growing up and my narcissist mother hated/hates me for it. He told me right or wrong he will forever take her side bc that is his job as a husband right or wrong she will always be right and he will defend her. He started getting sick 2 years ago and they wanted nothing more than to have me leave Jamaica so with promise of changed behavior up to and including going to church on her part I returned and went to stay with them in TN. It literally took 4 days to realize my mistake. I had to leave asap. I stayed a year so at least I can say I tried. Well they cut me off again. I gained 40 lbs and went on blood pressure meds and returned to Jamaica. My dad spent father's day in the ER. I had to connect with him through my mother and she refused to give him the phone. Since she thinks I'm in Jamaica she has been playing the daddy's dying woahass me catholic guilt card. I just can't! Long story longer... my business partner somehow with no electricity, no water, and just gone through a cat 5 hurricane managed by the hand of God to be THE ONLY person on the island with a phone signal... did you read that??? Even on a good day my calls to him drop and with crystal clarity I managed to talk to him this morning. Yes we did loose some roofing, yes the 15 goat kids were brought into the house through the storm, but even the 2 week old puppies were safe and dry under the house bottom all now and not one cow, goat, pig, cat, dog or chicken was harmed not to mention human life. And I was able tp explain the miracle to my mother and let her know I was "going to be busy and have no communication for a very long time. God is so good to me and I am so grateful and blessed. Thank you Chelsea for all you do and sharing your gifts with me, you are one of my biggest blessings I am grateful for! 🙏🏽🦄🇯🇲
