Thank so very much Mme Deborah. You don’t know how accurate this is for me. I had my last back surgery yesterday and I am overjoyed that it was a success! It was my closure after the last 7 years. My mind and body is physically healing and now I can start to live again and do all the things that I have planned with excitement, gratitude, appreciation and pure joy. I am still on adrenaline rush from crying tears of joy yesterday. I wish you well and a speedy recovery for you tomorrow.

Hi Deborah, thank you for this reading. I have done a lot of shadow work over the past 5 months, but clearly I haven't fully let go of certain energies from past trauma in my life. I have dealt with those that I thought had an impact on me moving forward. I don't feel as though my past is affecting me in the ways you describe. Maybe a guided healing meditation on releasing the energies of the past would be of assistance. Love and light.
