Ariana Madix buys $1.6M home in LA after post-split real estate battle with ex Tom Sandoval

Ariana Madix may finally be moving out of the $2 million house she shares with ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval.
The “Vanderpump Rules” star recently purchased a $1.6 million Hollywood Hills home, Page Six has exclusively learned.
“Ariana has fallen in love with this home and is excited for a new chapter,” our insider says.
The recently renovated mid-century modern house located in Los Angeles was originally built in 1962.
The main level of the three-bedroom, two-bathroom house has an open floor plan on the main level, with the living room and dining room connecting to a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and brass hardware.
The second level features a generously-sized primary suite with a modern bathroom, seating area and picturesque views of LA, including the iconic Hollywood sign.

How did she do that? Where did she get that kind of money? Is this now the home of her dreams? Niw maybe she can get over Tom and get on with her life and become less abrasive and less a victim.

You sound as if she is not entitled to be abrasive about her LT partner effing a friend and causing her to look a fool in public. This wasn't a teenage romance, they were mature-aged people in a longterm relationship, so excuse her for being hurt and angry (real people feelings). Personally 1.6 million is about 2.3mill Australian and not that much of a stretch when someone has a regular job, a down-payment and is fit and healthy.
