KZread nokki palada okke undakki .. but ari payasam oru perfect recipe kittilla.. ennale enganeyo i happened to see this video.. ellam nalla perfect aayit paranju mam.. even about extracting coconut milk.. I followed ur instructions.. and the result i got super tasty payasam.. ente husband bhayankara surprised aayi❤️❤️

When my taste buds calls for something sweet in the night - paysam is the way to go. . Step 1 - Cook rice in milk as soft as you can. After the cooker has lost its steam, the cooked mash of milky rice is mixed with Jaggery , and ghee . ! Thats it. I generally dont have the nuts and raisins to garnish with and have to make do with what we have :( not bad for a mid night snack. what do you think ?
