ARGUABLY The Nicest 1969 Plymouth Roadrunner Restored In 70’s STYLE

This is our 1969 Plymouth Roadrunner. Has been a nut and bolt restoration but modified to 70’s taste. Its an all matching numbers with a 383, 727 automatic on the collum, and 8&3/4 rear end. With a straight pipe exhaust with glass packs and headman headers this thing roars down the road. If ‪@graveyardcarzshow‬ , ‪@HotRodMagazine‬ or Mopar magazine see this we would love you to feature this car in a magazine.

For the record We did EVERYTHING on this car except the interior. and this has been my dads first car since he was 16! This car has an amazing story and it stuns people one man and one teen did this entire car. I think many people would love to hear this story so if any magazine wants to feature this car in it please do. And thankyou to my viewers and subscribers that might make this happen!😀

I know there are factory offerings these days that are more powerful and durable, but there was just something about tinkering around with your street rod all day on a Saturday and cruising the boulevards with it that night that just touched your soul.

The "offerings" these days that you are referring to are, excuse me, soulless plasticbuckets. Way to much sensless plastic stuff that gives you the feeling of beeing trapped in a tupperwarestore, to much sound deadening that doesn't let you hear you drive an internal combustion engine and its actual behavior. All this junk makes the cars way to heavy and sets the weight to power ratio down. And some stupid stuff like a burnoutbutton!? Man if you're not able to do a burnout with a good motorized "offering" of these days, then you should go by train or buy a prius.

Since I grew up in 60's & 70's I remember the muscle cars and typical or common wheel covers for custom Mopar cars were Keystone or Cragar's. Sox & Martin made Keystone famous.

Congratulations, the cars looks amazing, the paint is slick!!! Amazing story too!! My father and I shared my now 67 Coronet R/T that I restored after his passing a few years ago, she needs refreshing now.... I added my own 69 Roadrunner to the fold inspired by him... 512 stroker monster Restomod.... Again great job, wish my father was still here!!!

Love the wheels & tires, reminds me of the U.S. slots I ran on my 70 Bird back in the 70's so totally period correct! I have 15x7 and 15x8.5 Torq Thrust D on it now, but considering going back to the 70's look myself.

1969 was one of the best years for muscle cars in the United States and also some of the best classic Ferraris of all time. I would say that a couple years after that cars basically started declining their quality and the meaning of actual muscle car…

No one expects you to like this Road Runner and furthermore, it isn't your car. If it was, you could do whatever you want with it and it would probably be hideous to someone else. This has a very nice "Day 2" look and they did a nice job with the car.
