This is my personal best vocal performance of Aretha of all time. Her voice was in that sweet spot. I did not really care for her voice after the Columbia years up until now. If she would have stopped smoking right now at this point, she would have had her voice until she died. But that smoking tore her up.

This was actually the time period Aretha said she wish she would have stopped smoking. But of course she never did until January of 1993.
