ARES System in Nanyuki Library Kenya in memory of Carol Hogan

This video is about the installation of the ARES education system in Nanyuki Library in Kenya. It was a gift from the Hogan family in memory of Carol Hogan who passed away in 2022. Present at the ceremony were husband Sean Hogan and 2 sons Neil and John. Also present were Bonnie Sutherland, CEO of Afretech Aid Society, Mark Knittel, Ian Muiruri representing Ol Pejeta Conservancy Regina Wanja and several local dignitaries including Helen Karutu.
ARES is a server based education system intended for schools without internet. it contains open source educational content from primary through secondary and beyond.
