Работа бульдозера эффективна только в траншее на расстояние не более 50 м,только после перемещения основной массы грунта производится выравнивание площадки(площади) всей территории,на ролике хаотичное движение машины,к бульдозеру претензий нет!!!!

Ripped rock? This looks more like broken concrete slabs to me. Jackhammered by a machine similar to the one in the background.

No, there wasn't any underground building at this place. If it was Concrete, there would be rebar. It's actually ripped rock. The upper layers were no problem for the dozer, but the harder layers below have to be jackhammered.
