    We may offer a video resource guide in the future. At the moment, we only have written documentation on how to install our end links. I just installed your RSB and dynamic+ endlinks on my 2019 MQB AWD Tiguan in the stiff setting. Everything went smooth but now I’m getting a clunking noise. Any idea what could be causing that?

    You mentioned parts of the motorsport needing to be replaced after usage. Are there part numbers? Rebuild kits? Or does the entire unit need to be replaced?

    We can assist with rebuild parts at techsupport@034motorsport.com You would just be replacing the rod-ends.

    i know you mentioned for the b8 that the end links will snap with the 034 sway bar...what about for the b9?

    The factory B9 end links are more robust than the plastic B8 factory rear end links. While they will not necessarily break, they will deflect at a more significant rate than our upgraded Density Line or Motorsport Line end links - leading to premature failure. We would definitely recommend upgrading both the rear sway bar and end links at the same time.

    When you mention adjusting for preload, would you only be adjusting one side basically? You’d attach one end link and it lines up but the other that would be off slightly would be the one to adjust correct? Or do they both need it?

  • @034MotorsportUncut

    Correct, in a way. You'd still want both to be reasonably extended to clear any other bits to ensure that the sway bar is not contacting other suspension or drivetrain bits.

    @@034MotorsportUncutSo essentially, when it comes to adjustable links when installed properly, both sides should not be equal length?

  • @034MotorsportUncut

    @034MotorsportUncut

    8 ай бұрын

    @@draza3083 The final length will be whatever is necessary to install the links without any tension or preload on the sway bar. This could mean that they need to be a different length, or the same length.

    @@034MotorsportUncut So remove prior end links, adjust bar where you want it, then install the first link and then adjust the other link on the other side?

    @@draza3083 Correct, just remember that unless you are doing this with the car at ride height, you need to account for suspension droop when in the air.

    Are they mandatory for 8v rs3 2019 rear sway bar ?? What do they add to the swaybar or handling ?

  • @034MotorsportUncut

    The factory plastic end links are prone to snapping from the increased stiffness, so we would highly recommend upgrading your end links to our Dynamic+ links. They further increase the rigidity of the sway bar system and allow for you to safely apply the added sway bar stiffness to the suspension system.
