"You don't have a choice about how you are going to feel, but you do have a choice about how you are going to act." Hearing some of Gary's story reminds me how much each of us needs to lean into our courage to live lives of love and compassion.

My takeaway is this, “The greatest thing you’ll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return.” I first heard this from the movie Moulin Rouge but I learned it from Gary Zukov.

Love Gary Zukav. I read Wu Li Masters back in the 90s, then about ten years ago, and finally last week. Physics makes me scream, but Gary makes it palatable. And Marie is so animated I get distracted by her positive emotional reactions

Ive had this sitting on my tabs open to listen to for a while, and tonight, Ive watched it twice, right after the first time, and I think Ill watch it some more. This is also something, which Ive emailed you guys about recently, a facilitation training I did with Love Out Loud with Nicole Gibson, very much teaches this kind of work also. I love how much love attracts love. I love how we can become more present when we choose to come from a place of love. Its a great practise. The more we choose it, the more it expands. Thanks for this interview. So Divine.
