the jumping and movement don't really make it more difficult for aim assist to work... go check out videos that detail how strong the aim assist is on Black Ops 3 for pc... it's nuts, you don't even have to look up and down to track targets... as long as you are following someone it will track them whether they are jumping or not. It sucks dying to a controller on pc regardless, but when a controller gets in the hands of a really good controller player (on pc), it's dirtbag level cheating to be honest. Some of the "best" pc players, with the highest kds and scores per minute use controllers, you can tell from the in game screenshots they post to their steam profiles, smh... it's sad really.
